Architectural Designer
Join our design studio as an Architectural Designer and contribute to the creation of Dubai's next iconic landmarks. You will work closely with our Head of Design and external consultants to develop innovative architectural concepts, detailed design documentation, and immersive visualisations that push the boundaries of luxury residential design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for luxury residential and mixed-use projects
- Create detailed design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models
- Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and engineering consultants
- Prepare compelling presentations and visualisations for client and stakeholder review
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, DDA regulations, and sustainability standards
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate with project management teams
- Research emerging architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies
- Support the tender process with technical drawings and specifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong 3D visualisation skills (V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape)
- Excellent design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating luxury or high-end projects
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with parametric design tools (Grasshopper, Dynamo)
- LEED or Estidama certification knowledge
- Experience with tall building design
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
