Tiger Properties Launches “Tiger Downtown Ajman” with AED 100 Million Investment

Ajman, UAE – Tiger Properties, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of its latest project, “Tiger Downtown Ajman”, located in the Aaliya area of Ajman. The development comes with an investment of AED 100 million, strengthening the company’s presence in the emirate following its successful projects in Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

أعلنت شركة تايجر العقارية، إحدى أبرز شركات التطوير العقاري في الإمارات، عن إطلاق مشروعها الجديد “تايجر داون تاون عجمان” في منطقة العالية بإمارة عجمان، باستثمار يبلغ 100 مليون درهم، ليعزز حضور الشركة في سوق الإمارة بعد نجاحاتها السابقة في الشارقة ودبي وأبوظبي.
